Sheldon currently teaches and trains in Martial Arts. He is a First Degree
Black Belt in Goju-Ryu Karate-Do and teaches at the Tora Tengu Martial Arts
Centre in Woodbridge, Ont. Sheldon is also currently training in, not only
karate, but also in Shaolin Mantis Kung Fu. Sheldon has won various
competitions and tournaments and is currently working towards getting his
Second Degree Blackbelt in the fall of 2006, and to eventually compete on an
international level.
Sheldon marched in the Oakland Crusaders ('93-'95), Northshore (a merger of Oakland Crusaders and Cardinals...'96), Les'Etoile (Quebec '97) ... whew ... and Emerald Knights ('98-'99). Sheldon has been teaching the last four seasons with Dutch Boy. I am looking forward to meeting everyone and very excited to be joining the Kavaliers this season.
